Ahhhhhhhhh!!

I just feel like saying this today!!!



Just that!!! whatever... Let's empty up my head of unlogical other people actions and focus on my training tonight.
Arms / both = 60lbs
Legs / both = 50lbs
Pec = 35lbs
Abs = 50lbs

I got to maintain that to raise it in 2 weeks. Ganbarimasu!
