I was little bit sad to see that I couldn't go on with my running outside training, so I though doing something inside. While my knees still hurt, I took some pain killers and tried something new. Since I'm watching Biggest Looser, those days to motivate me, I though that Jilian Michaels training was a good solution since she knows how to shrink people. It is 25 min video of cardio/strengh exercices. After 10 min I was soak and dead. I had to see what was worst and sadly we only know what is worst in the morning after the training.
The answer is Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhouchhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!
My knees are killing me this morning and I feel all other muscle in my body.
I am use to feel muscle cause I did workout at the gym but my knees don't like this kinda of training more than running. How am-I suppose to do cardio training without using my legs??? It drives me crazy. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr!!! I am saving money for a treadmill before winter. I will use it until it stop hurting me! When I wanna do something, I DO SOMETHING.
Since I go to New York in august 10, I have to slow down on painful training. It's my husband first trip to NY and I don't wanna slow him down on visiting spot. After this last trip before winter, I will have plenty of time to screw my legs!!
