Training sept 5/2012

Weight: 153.8 (My weight is fluctuating but I am really loose in my jeans.)

Training : Shred level 2. It's not as hard as it was. I'm also using stairs instead of elevators. Even is it's floor 7 like at home. I still smoke 1 or 2 cig. per day. It's hard to completely stop.
