
I took me 2 weeks of running to get what peoples call runner's knee. It's a pain around the knee cap. Since I don't do any stretching before running I'm not surprise. There is some special exercises that I will try today before running. I hope it's gonna work.
I know it's gonna be long to run as easily as I did when I was 14 years old but my goal is to do my best to reverse life damages. I got to erase 20 years of bad health.. not easy!!
