Rain

Today it's raining like crazy. While I was taking the bus to my job I remembered something about bus in Japan. In Fukuoka city, bus stop their engine at each circulation lights. When they start again it's sounds like a old card ( gniii gniiii gniii gniii). It was really funny. I was always wondering... will it start again?? I think they do that to reduce emission of CO2. I'm sure that starter and injectors must but replace many times a year.

There is no way that bus will do that in Québec. First it's cold so if they stop engine too many times it will be hell cold in the bus. In Québec bus are really cowboys drivers. They like to speed and turn fast. Sometimes they don't even do stops.

Yesterday I watched a documentary filmed in Iran in a clinic. It was about the kidney market. It's legal and paid by state to give a kidney in Iran. Woman and man can decide to give their kidney for 1000$(US) paid by state and between 2000$ to 3000$ paid by the receiver. The receiver wait for a giver than deal the price. If the giver don't accept the price he can refuse so the receiver have to wait for the next. In a way it's great cause everyone is master of his body. But the problem is that in America, a kidney worth at least 15000$. If someone wants to make money in Iran they can get it for 3000$ than sell it back in US for 20000$ for a 17000$ profit. I don't know if they are already doing that but it will probably come. It's really taking advantage of poor people. They said in the documentary that most of them don't really solve their problems with that money and at the end it change nothing. Even if some of the patient and staff was not really at ease with camera, they accepted to show this to the world. It's a sad situation but at least they dont hide it.
