Wine night!

Ahhhhhhhhhhh Wine!!!!!



Tonight I've been to a wine bar in Montréal. I finaly found one. It's called 'Pullman'. It's a place where you can try half glass of wine for pleasure without having to pay a lot or buy the bottle twice it's price.

1 : VDP des Côtes Catalanes 2005, Blanc, Matassa, France
	White wine. Sweet at first but wooded at the end. 3/10    Vintage : 2007  Producer : Domaine Matassa   Cépage : Grenache  Country : France  Region : Languedoc Roussillon  App.: Vin de Pays des Côtes Catalanes

 

2. Corbières 2008, Rozeta, Maxime Magnon, France
	Red Wine, light fruit, can be good with almost everything, 7/10    Vintage : 2008 (found no picture of 2008)  Producer : Maxime Magnon   Cépage : Carignane Blend  Country : France  Region : Languedoc Roussillon  App.: Corbières

 

 

3.Languedoc 2008, La Vista, Domaine Ribiera, France
	Red Wine, Strong taste of cassis and little bit wooded. 6/10      Vintage : 2008   Producer : Domaine Ribiera   Cépage : 2/3 Grenache and 1/3 Carignan  Country : France  Region : Languedoc  App.: NA

 

 

4. Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune 2008, Dom. Henri Naudin-Ferrand, Fr.
	Red Wine, Dry and woody. Also light wine that can match all red meat. 4/10    Vintage : 2008  Producer : Dom. Henri  Cépage : Grenache  Country : France  Region : Hautes Côtes de Beaune  App.: Bourgogne

 

 

5. Brouilly 2006, Georges Descombes, France
	Red Wine, Strong wood taste. As if you leek a wood plank. Also light. 7/10      Vintage : 2006  Producer : Georges Descombes   Cépage : Gamay  Country : France  Region : Burgundy  App.: Brouilly

 

 

6. VDP des Côtes Catalanes 2008, Syrah, Three Trees, France
	Red Wine, Strong blackberries taste. Really dry and at the end you can taste walnut. 2/10     Vintage : 2008  Producer : Three Trees   Cépage : Carignan  Country : France  Region : Languedoc Roussillon  App.: Vin de Pays des Côtes Catalanes

 

I really liked my experience. I will try more next time for sure.
